Dahi ke Aloo, Dahi Wale Aloo , दही वाले आलू

Leave it for 5 minutes. In another bowl take dahi and add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder and garam masala. Mix it well then add this mixture in aloo and also add water. Stir it continuously otherwise dahi will separate. After taking a good boil add salt and kasuri methi. Then cook it for 5 to 7 minutes more. At last add tadka Take a fry pan and add oil,sarso, hing, Sauf powder, Kari patta and khadi lal mirch. Add tadka in it.

Take 3 whistles in high flame. After cooling it, take out the coconut and break it with the help of a heavy object. Peel it and separate the brown part from it. In a mixer add white coconut and half cup of milk and grind it well. In a pan take 2-cup of milk, boil it untill reduce it in half. Add sugar powder in it, mix it well.after that add coconut paste in it. After 2- minutes leave it for cooling. Pour the mixture in the grinder and make a fine paste. pour this mixture in moulds and freeze it for whole night. After 6-8 hours serve it.

Chana dal 1-cup Ghee 5-tbsp Dry fruits (kaju, badam,pista) cardamom -2 Sugar 1-cup Wheat flour 1.5 cup Maida 1/2 Cup Water as required Soak chana dal for an hour. Take 2-3 whistle in cooker. then mix it well with a spoon.  In a pan take 1-tbsp ghee then mix chana dal and sugar in it. Add dry fruits and cook it well. For dough Wheat flour, maida and ghee mix all ingredients take water make dough. Make small equal balls roll it , stuffed with dal mixture. Bake the barwa paratha from both the sides. Serve it with Kadi.

Make sure tomatoes should be cooked well. After that,cool it down and make a fine paste. Strain this paste with the help of strainer. Pour this gravy in to a pan than add grated paneer, fresh cream , kasuri methi, garam masala,salt and butter. Cook for 5 minutes  Add Paneer cubes after 2 minutes Serve it and garnish with coriander.
