Leave it for 5 minutes. In another bowl take dahi and add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder and garam masala. Mix it well then add this mixture in aloo and also add water. Stir it continuously otherwise dahi will separate. After taking a good boil add salt and kasuri methi. Then cook it for 5 to 7 minutes more. At last add tadka Take a fry pan and add oil,sarso, hing, Sauf powder, Kari patta and khadi lal mirch. Add tadka in it.
