Malai kofta from Raw Babana without onion and garlic
Ingredients and Recipe
For kofta recipe
Raw Banana 🍌-2
Salt -1 tsp
Dry fruits for filling
Oil for frying
For gravy preparation
Kaju -5 to 6
Laung -2
Cardamom/ elaichi -1
Kali mirch 5-6
Ginger -1 Inch
Green chilli -2
Khus -khus -1 tbsp
Jeera -1 tsp
Dhaniya powder -1 tbsp
Haldi powder -1 tsp
Salt -1tsp
Sugar -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Kasuri methi -1 tsp
Fresh cream -2 tsp
first take bananas and boil them.after that grated boiled bananas. Add salt and make small ball.In a fringpan take oil and deep fry.
keep aside them.
for gravy in a mixer grinder take kaju,laung, elaichi, Kali mirch, ginger, green chilli and tomatoes.
Make a fine paste.
In deep fry pan or kadai
add oil -1tbsp then add khus -khus, jeera, dhaniya powder, haldi powder roast it well and add tomato puree in it.
cook it for 7 to 10 minutes and check it whether it's cook or not.
when ever oil release from gravy it means gravy is ready then add sugar, salt, garam masala and kasuri methi. Add a cup of luke warm water. add fresh cream and leave it for 5 minutes in low flame.
After that take a bowl or plate add kofta and gravy . Garnish with fresh cream and serve it.
