Restaurant style Butter Paneer Masala recipe Without onion and garlic 🧄

Butter Paneer Masala

For gravy preparation 
Take a pan add 
Oil 1- tbsp
Butter -1 tbsp
Then add
Jeera -1tbsp
Khus-khus -1 tbsp
Melon seeds -1 tbsp
Kaju 8-10
Taj patta -1
Kali mirch (black paper)-6
Dalchini -1 Inch
Laung -4
Til -1 tbsp
Choti ilachi-2
Badi ilachi-1
Green chilli -1
Red chilli -2
Dhaniya powder -2 tbsp
Haldi powder -1 tsp
Tomato medium size sliced -5
Salt -1 tsp
Stir all ingredients, cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Make sure tomatoes should be cooked well.
After that,cool it down and make a fine paste.
Strain this paste with the help of strainer.
Pour this gravy in to a pan than add grated paneer, fresh cream , kasuri methi, garam masala,salt and butter.
Cook for 5 minutes 
Add Paneer cubes after 2 minutes
Serve it and garnish with coriander.
