Beet root Curry recipe

2 Beetroot
1 Small Green Chilli
5 to 6 Curry leaves 
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon red chili 
    powder
1 Teaspoon oil
   salt to taste


Peel the beetroot and grate it
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
Add green chillies, curry leaves and grated beetroot.
After 5 minutes add red chili powder and salt

Beetroot Sabzi is ready
