Instant pav bhaji
Carrot -1
Tomato -2 (medium size)
Onion -2 ( medium size)
Potato -2 ( medium size)
Shimla mirch -1
Beet root -1
Garlic 5-6
Green chilli -2
Ginger -1 inch
Peas 1 cup
Salt -1tbsp
Haldi powder 1-tsp
Dhaniya powder -1 tbsp
Take all veggies in a cooker. Add water 1cup
And take 4-5 whistle in low flame.
After cool it, mess all veggies with pav bhaji masher.
Now take another pan
Put butter,pav bhaji masala add all messed veggies.
At last, for tadka
take a fry pan
Add butter and pav bhaji masala and coriander.
Add tadka in it.
Pav bhaji is ready
Take butter in a pan
Add masala in it
Then add pav
