Recipe and Ingredients
Boiled potato 500 g
Dahi -1 Cup
Water -1/2 cup
Oil -2tbsp
Salt -1 tsp
Dhaniya powder -1 tsp
Haldi -1/2 tsp
Lal mirch powder - 1/2tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
Kasuri methi -1 tsp
Rai/sarso -1tsp
Green chilli 1-2
Kari patta
Til -1tfhly
Sauf powder -1 tbsp
Take a pan,add boiled aloo into it.
Leave it for 5 minutes.
In another bowl take dahi and add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder and garam masala.
Mix it well then add this mixture in aloo and also add water.
Stir it continuously otherwise dahi will separate.
After taking a good boil add salt and kasuri methi.
Then cook it for 5 to 7 minutes more.
At last add tadka
Take a fry pan and add oil,sarso, hing, Sauf powder, Kari patta and khadi lal mirch.
Add tadka in it.
