Chana dal 1-cup
Ghee 5-tbsp
Dry fruits (kaju, badam,pista)
cardamom -2
Sugar 1-cup
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Maida 1/2 Cup
Water as required
Soak chana dal for an hour.
Take 2-3 whistle in cooker.
then mix it well with a spoon.
In a pan take 1-tbsp ghee
then mix chana dal and sugar in it.
Add dry fruits and cook it well.
For dough
Wheat flour, maida and ghee mix all ingredients
take water make dough.
Make small equal balls
roll it , stuffed with dal mixture.
Bake the barwa paratha from both the sides.
Serve it with Kadi.
