How to make Stuffed tomato 🍅 with two different types of stuffing
1 Paneer stuffing
In another pan for paneer stuffing
Oil -1 tsp
Jeera -1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1-tsp
Haldi powder -1/2 tsp
Lal mirch powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander
Salt as per taste
Paneer grated
Mix it well.
2 Patato stuffing
For potato stuffing
Oil 1-tsp
Jeera 1-tsp
Dhaniya powder 2- tsp
Haldi powder 1-tsp
Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds 1-tsp
Boiled massed potato 2 to 3
Coriander finely chopped
Chaat masala 1-tbsp
Salt as per taste
Mix it well and keep aside.
In all tomatoes make holes with the help of scooper then fill the stuffing.
In a fry pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook stuffed tomatoes for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then serve it with gravy and garnish with coriander.
FOR GRAVY
In a pan
Oil -2 tbsp
Jeera -1 tsp
Dhaniya powder -2 tbsp
Khas -khas 2tbsp
Kaju 8-10 pieces
Musk melon seeds 1-tbsp
Kali mirch -5
Choti ilachi-2
Laung -3
Haldi powder -1/2 tsp
Til/sesame seeds -1 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilli -2
Tomato medium size -4
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.cover it with a lid. after 10 to 15 minutes. Make a paste
In another pan cook gravy for 5 minutes,add coriander and kasuri methi.
