Make red chilli sauce without preservatives and can be stored for 6 months in a cool place
Fresh Lal mirch -500 gm
Lemon -4
Salt -2 tbsp
Garlic ( optional) -8 to 10 pieces
Oil - 2 tbsp
Kalonji - 1 tbsp
Cut to all lal mirch in a pot.
add lemon juice
add garlic
add salt
mix it well.
leave that for 24 hours.
next day make a paste with the help of grinder.
Take a pan
add oil 2-tbsp
kalongi 1-tbsp
put red chilli paste in it.
cover with lid in low flame for 10 minutes
and keep stirring in between.
cool it and store it in a glass jar.
