Chana masala is made for without Onion and Garlic
250 g Chole
2 Tamato
1 Green Chilli
1 small pieces ginger
jeera 1 - tbsp
badi ilachi -2 pieces
kali mirch 6-7
Chakri phool 1 piece
Dalchini -1 Inch
loong/ cloves -3to 4
ilachi -2
tej patta -1
dhaniya -2tbsp
Lal mirch -2 pieces
Sauf 1- tbsp
soak 250 gm chole for 8 hours
put chole in cooker with 2cup water
add salt in it
take 6to 7 whistle in low flame
to make dry masala
in a pan
Jeera,badi ilachi, Kali mirch, Chakri phool,dal chini cloves,choti ilachi tejpatta, dhaniya, Sauf and Lal mirch
roast all dry ingredients in low flame
transfer in it a plate after 5 minutes
grind it in mixer
take tomato, green chilli, ginger and 15 minutes
soaked anar dana in grinder and make a Puri
In a iron (pan) vessel take oil -2tbsp
add Jeera ,haldi and dry masala
mix it well and cooked in low flame
add tomato puree in it
strain water from chole
add tomato pieces and salt, kasuri methi
after that cook it for 2min
add chole
after 5minutes add lemon juice, grated green chilli , ginger and coriander
